New technology debuts in Harden's signature sneaker
Specifically designed for Harden's devil-may-care moves, the shoe now includes Forgefiber, which will provide comfort for a foot in motion with less stiffness.

A new kind of technology will debut in James Harden's new Adidas kicks -- the Harden Volume 2.

Specifically designed for Harden's devil-may-care moves, the shoe introduces Forgefiber,  which will provide comfort for a foot in motion with less stiffness.

In an application process that utilizes TPU-coated yarn, Forgefiber is compressed across stretch-based mesh for strengthened support and stitched with three unique layers for the shoe's stability.

The Harden Vol. 2 also features a customizable lacing system designed for the comfort of the wearer.

In addition, the shoe is cushioned by Adidas' signature Boost technology, and is designed with a wide base at the back of the foot to create stance and provide a balanced platform.

Midfoot grooves also house a stability plate to reinforce torsion control, while the silhouette’s heel counter ensures durability and balance.

Inspired by Harden's on-court movements, a traction pattern was made by the manufacturers to vary densities across the outsole.

As the Houston Rockets' star continues to be inspired by Los Angeles, Harden Vol. 2 has released a California Dreamin’ colorway, which takes on the hues of a LA sunrise, featuring palm tree camouflage on the lace system, pastel green and purple accents, a chalk coral upper with orange Forgefiber threads and dark gray Boost.

Harden Vol. 2 releases globally is out now at shop.adidas.com.ph and selected retail stores for P7,500.
