Men’s number one seed Novak Djokovic needed two playing days to finish off third seed Andy Murray, while eighth seed Stan Wawrinka halted 14th seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga’s Roland Garros run in the men’s singles semifinals of the 2015 French Open.

Day 13 saw Djokovic go up two sets to one against Murray, before play was suspended and scheduled for the following day. Murray, who ended day 13 with a set win over Djokovic continued the momentum when play resumed, tying the match at two sets apiece. It was Djokovic who took over in the final set however with a definitive 6-1 win to book a ticket to the men’s final.

Warwinka, who ousted number two seed Roger Federer in the quarterfinals, also clinched his seat in the men’s final, defeating Tsonga in four sets.
