MOVEMENT. Aldin Ayo is reportedly transferring from Intramuros to Taft Avenue.

On the heels of ending a decade-long championship drought in Intramuros, Aldin Ayo is  rumored to be headed for Taft Avenue to work his magic on De La Salle University.

According to various sources, the NCAA champion coach is deep into discussions with DLSU team management to replace Juno Sauler who resigned last Monday.

And according to Letran Team Manager Ricky Paulino via The Lance, Letran's official student publication, Ayo is indeed headed to Taft.

The Knights are scheduled to have a victory party tomorrow and it's still unknown if Ayo will make an appearance.

In only his first year on the job, the Colegio de San Juan de Letran alumnus led his alma mater to a championship in the 91st Season of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

As head coach of the Green Archers, he will be tasked to fix a talented lineup that underachieved its way out of the Final Four in the ongoing UAAP season. He will have Jeron Teng, Rookie of the Year Andrei Caracut, and Ben Mbala to help him out in his first year in Taft Avenue.
