The Tamaraws add to La Salle's list of victims in Season 78.
Eight days of rest only bothered Far Eastern University in the first set.
After dropping the opening salvo against a struggling La Salle squad, the Tamaraws cruised to a 22-25, 25-20, 25-23, 25-19 victory over the Green Spikers in the UAAP Season 78 men's volleyball tournament at the San Juan Arena Sunday.
FEU got its first winning streak of the season to climb at 4-2 while La Salle suffered its fifth straight setback.
National team member Greg Dolor was all over the place for the Tamaraws, finishing with a game-high 19 points with four blocks.
The Tamaraws only seemed to feel their eight-day break from action and went to control the next three sets for the win.
FEU's last game was a Feb. 17 win over the UST Tiger Spikers.
Team captain Joshua Barrica added 15 for the Tamaraws.
The Green Spikers, now with a 1-5 record, were once again led by Raymark Woo with 17 markers.
