Tamaraws eye first back-to-back victories of the season
Far Eastern University guns to collect its second straight win.

Far Eastern University hopes to climb up the standings and score its first winning run when the Tamaraws meet the slumping De La Salle Green Spikers on Sunday in the 78th UAAP men’s volleyball tournament at The Arena in San Juan.

Game time slated at 8:00 a.m.

The Tams occupy the fifth spot with a 3-2 win-loss record and are coming off an eight-day rest after taking down the University of Sto. Tomas Tigers, 25-21, 24-26, 31-29, 25-21.

National team member Greg Dolor, Jeric Gacutan, Jude Garcia and setter Rochette Villegas are expected to step up their game to snatch FEU’s second straight win and move to a tie at third to fourth spot with idle National University.

Standing on their way is DLSU, a team looking to arrest a four-game losing skid.

The Green Spikers started the season with a straight set win against University of the East but dropped their next assignments including a tough 9-25, 26-24, 30-32, 25-27 loss to league-leading Adamson Falcons last week.

Skipper Raymark Woo need to get more support from his teammates to help DLSU recover from their slump.
