After dropping two straight matches to DLSU and UST, the Tamaraws needed to bounce back in a big way, and got to do that in by dismantling last-placers UE, 5-1, in their last outing.

Currently tied with NU at eight points, a win today would give them solo third fourth place and keep them in the running for the Final Four.

The Adamson Falcons on the other hand, got their first taste of victory after taking out UE, but has not been able to follow it up, dropping their last two outings against UP and DLSU. The challenges don’t get any easier though, as they face off againt the defending champions next.

In the women’s division, league-leading De La Salle University meets University of Santo Tomas, while defending champions Far Eastern University will look to put a stop to their struggles when they take on co-league leaders University of the Philippines in a rematch of the UAAP Season 77 finals.
