Raymark Woo led La Salle again, this time finishing with 22 points.
La Salle is starting to build some momentum in the second round in hopes of crashing the Final Four party in the men's division.
The Green Spikers won back-to-back games for the first time in the UAAP Season 78 with a 26-24, 19-25, 25-23, 25-21 decision against Far Eastern University at the San Juan Arena Saturday.
Following their tight five-set win to snap a six-gamw drought, the Green Spikers pick up their third win for the season to climb up to 3-6.
Raymark Woo was sensational as always for the Taft-based squad as he led the La Salle offense with 22 big points.
John Arjay Onia backed him up with 12 markers.
The Tamaraws, coming off a tough five-set loss to defending champion Ateneo, couldn't get anything going as they drop a second straight match for a 5-4 record.
Greg Dolor scored 12 points to lead FEU.
It was the Tamaraws' first back-to-back losses this year after finishing round one with three straight victories.
