Lady Tams looking to lock up 3rd seed against Adamson
The Morayta-based squad have the opportunity to join both Ateneo and La Salle in the Final Four outright as the number 3 seed if they get past first-round tormentor Adamson.

If the FEU Lady Tamaraws don't want to deal with countless scenarios on their way to the Final Four, they only have one thing to do.

Beat the Adamson Lady Falcons.

The Morayta-based squad have the opportunity to join both Ateneo and La Salle in the Final Four outright as the number 3 seed if they get past first-round tormentor Adamson as the UAAP Season 78 women's volleyball tournament resumes Wednesday at the San Juan arena.

At 8-5, the Lady Tamaraws can clinch outright if they win. They could still get a free ride to the playoffs if they fail to beat Adamson but they also need UP and NU to lose in their final games as well.

The Lady Falcons overcame a two-set deficit in round one to stun FEU.

FEU is riding a three-game winning streak that included a crucial four-set victory over the Lady Maroons last Sunday.

The Lady Tamaraws beat NU and UST before that.

Also-ran Adamson meanwhile, looks for its first win in the second round and snap a five-game slide.

Game is set at 4 p.m. live on ABS-CBN Sports+Action channel 23 and ABS-CBN Sports+Action HD channel 166 on SkyCable and available via livestreaming at sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/uaap
