"Kailangan matuto sa mga pagkakamali." --- Mika Reyes after game-winning ace

After a service error to end the Ateneo match, Mika Reyes responded with a service ace to win the NU game for La Salle three days later.
Mika Reyes did not have a good game against Ateneo in their round 2 rematch.
To make matters worse, her service error ended a five-set affair in favor of the two-time champion Lady Eagles.
And in what can only be described as poetic justice, Reyes bounced back big and fired three of her four aces late in La Salle's four-set conquest of NU Wednesday.
Of course she won the game for the Lady Spikers with a booming service ace.
"Kailangan matuto sa mga pagkakamali," Reyes said with a laugh obviously referring to her late-game blunder against Ateneo.
"May factor [service error vs. Ateneo] pero syempre as a senior hindi na dapat inaalala yun. Kailangan lang mag-move on, learn from it and improve pa,' she added.
And she has certainly improved, saying that she spends extra time in practice working on her service, among other skills required to bring another title back in Taft.
Heading into the playoffs, Reyes and the Lady Spikers are only focused on the FEU Lady Tamaraws before even thinking of another possible finals rematch against the Lady Eagles.
"Nandun pa rin yun pero syempre one game at a time," she said. "After FEU game, focus muna dun and after that, syempre kung manalo, then we'll get ready for the finals."
