It's all in the mind for FEU captain Remy Palma.
Bernadeth Pons and Toni Rose Basas are FEU's 1-2 punch on offense.
Gyzelle Sy is the brilliant offensive coordinator and Jerrili Malabanan is the reliable underrated scorer.
However, team captain Remy Palma is the heart and soul for the Lady Tamaraws, she also happens to be the team's Master of Mind Games.
Against the La Salle Lady Spikers in the Final Four Sunday, Palma got the better of Mika Reyes in the battle of two middle blockers oozing with swag.
"One of my trick para sa laro, kasi mas nakukuha ko yung kumpiyansa ko kapag ganun ako eh," she added obviously going after Reyes to try and throw her and the entire La Salle team off their game.
It worked to perfection.
Kaya kita," she said.
The fourth-year hitter ended up scoring 18 points for the Morayta-based squad, coming through in the clutch during the third and fourth sets to help force a deciding fifth. Reyes finished with 10 points for La Salle.
And in case you were wondering how in the world Remy Palma is so good at getting into people's heads, well she is actually taking lessons for it being a Psychology major at FEU.
