Lady Spikers show funny side in GGV guesting
SERIOUSLY FUNNY: The De La Salle Lady Spikers showed their funny and lighter side.

Ara Galang twerked. Mika Reyes was asked if a Kapamilya star is courting her. Kim Fajardo performed her “Tatlong Bibe” dance move and 78th UAAP Finals Most Valuable Player composed and rapped a song.

The De La Salle Lady Spikers showed their lighter side with comedian Vice Ganda Sunday evening in the airing of their Gandang Gabi Vice guesting.

The four took the hot seat as Vice Ganda threw questions at the Lady Spikers that drew hilarious response and laughter.

Vice Ganda teased a dolled up Cyd Demecillo, who was at the audience with the rest of the DLSU squad, and even requested Majoy Baron to do the ‘model walk’ she did during the collegiate tournament.

Going back at the four, Vice Ganda asked Dy about the real score between her and Ateneo de Manila Blue Eagle Marck Espejo, who like the Lady Spiker won the Finals MVP in the men’s division as well as the season MVP after helping the Katipunan-based squad capture its back-to-back titles. A picture of the two was flashed onscreen.

Fajardo sang a song to convince the fourth year playmaker and Season 78 Best Setter Fajardo to play one more year for the green and white. Vice Ganda told Fajardo: “Huwag ka munang magpahinga, ako maglalagay ng yelo sa tuhod mo.”

The episode ended with the Lady Spikers doing the Running man Challenge.

The hashtag of the episode #GGVForTheWin became a trending topic on Twitter.
