LAUNCH PAD. Adamson wants to get rid of their two-game losing slide while UST wants to move forward from their three-game losing skid.

Games on Wednesday at the MOA Arena

2:00 PM – Adamson vs UST

4:00 PM – FEU vs NU

Coming from a surprising upset at the hands of erstwhile winless UE, the wind has been taken out underneath the wings of Adamson University in the UAAP 79 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

As coach Franz Pumaren put it, however, it’s all part of growing pains and the young Soaring Falcons try to use their setback for a bounce back when they go up against University of Sto. Tomas on Wednesday at the MOA Arena.

Both Adamson and the Growling Tigers attempt a much-needed rebound win beginning at 2:00 PM. All of the action will be broadcast LIVE on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23 and ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166 as well as streamed LIVE on sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/uaap.

Pumaren’s upstarts had reeled off back-to-back wins against Ateneo and NU before falling to league-leading DLSU and then handing UE their first win of the season. Still, at 3-3, they remain in a good position for contention.

The same cannot be said for UST who are dealing with three losses in a row to drop to 2-4. Still searching for an identity, it will be up to captain Louie Vigil to lead his teammates out of the darkness.
