DLSU puts perfect record on the line against upstart Adamson
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

Games on Sunday at the MOA Arena

2:00 PM – NU vs FEU

4:00 PM – Adamson vs DLSU

After one round in the 79th Season of the UAAP Men’s Basketball Tournament, De La Salle University has found no match in the team standings and Ben Mbala has found no peer in the individual rankings.

However, that’s not stopping third-running Adamson University and second-ranked player Papi Sarr from challenging them again.

The Green Archers stake their spotless slate through seven games when they take on the upstart Soaring Falcons who want nothing more than to make a statement on Sunday at the MOA Arena.

Franz Pumaren tries to make magic against his former team at 4:00 PM and all of the action will be broadcast LIVE on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23 and ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166 as well as streamed LIVE on sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/uaap.

DLSU bucked the absence of both head coach Aldin Ayo and team captain Jeron Teng the last time they were in action. Ayo will be back, but Teng remains a question mark as they try to improve on their already league-best 7-0 standing.

Also coming off a win is Adamson who have made the most of their young talent to rise onto contention at 4-3.

The Archers dominated the Falcons, 91-75, in the first round.
