Adamson 4-0
FEU-Diliman 3-1
NU 3-1
UPIS 2-2
Ateneo 1-3
DLSZ 1-3
UE 1-3
UST 1-3

While they are no longer the most dominant team in the earlygoing of the UAAP 79 Juniors Basketball Tournament, there is no doubt that Nazareth School of National University could still dominate.

Dominate, the Bullpups did on Tuesday at the San Juan Arena as they proved to be too much for De La Salle Zobel, 80-55.

Winderlich Coyoca remained impressive with 14 points, five rebounds, and three assists. He also topped the scoring column anew for the defending champions who returned to their winning ways now at 3-1.

What was supposed to be a rematch of the Finals from a season ago instead turned out to be a mismatch from the get-go.

Racing to a 22-7 first quarter, NU never trailed and was never threatened.

With their big-time bounce back, the Bullpups remained in second-place alongside Far Eastern University-Diliman.

Dragged down from a share of second is University of the Philippines Integrated School who surrendered a 67-69 score to University of Sto. Tomas.

Miguel Ratuiste posted a 21-point, 16-rebound to grant the Tiger Cubs their first win of the season. They frustrated Juan Gomez de Liano to 20 points in 28 percent shooting, eight rebounds, four assists, three steals, and eight turnovers.

The 2-2 Junior Maroons stand at solo fourth while both DLSZ and UST stand at 1-3.
