Baby Falcons determined to sweep first round

Games on Saturday at the San Juan Arena

9:00 AM – UE vs Adamson

11:00 AM – NU vs UPIS

1:00 PM – FEU-Diliman vs UST

3:00 PM – Ateneo vs DLSZ

Adamson High School remains the pacesetter in the UAAP 79 Juniors Basketball Tournament.

But that doesn’t mean that lowly University of the East won’t be out to slow them down, or even stop them.

Still, the Baby Falcons aren’t planning on experiencing an upset and have their sights set on a first round sweep by taking care of the Junior Warriors on Saturday at the San Juan Arena.

Adamson attempts a seventh win in as many games starting at 9:00 AM.

Hoping to keep breathing down the necks of the league-leaders is defending champion 5-1 Nazareth School of National University who will be challenged by University of the Philippines Integrated School at 11:00 AM.

Meanwhile, Far Eastern University-Diliman and Ateneo de Manila High School also want nothing more than to protect their positioning.

To do so, the third-place and 4-2 Baby Tamaraws will have to handle University of Sto. Tomas while the fourth-place and 3-3 Blue Eaglets will have to edge out archrival De La Salle University.
