UAAP men's volleyball continues Sunday.
Four other teams look to join opening day winners Ateneo de Manila and National University on Sunday in the 79th UAAP men’s volleyball tournament at the Big Dome.
Last season’s top four finishers Adamson University Falcons and University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons collide in the 8:00 a.m. curtain-raiser before De La Salle enters the court at 10:00 a.m. against Far Eastern University.
The FEU-DLSU match will air live over ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166 and via livestream.
Expect an explosive match when an intact Falcons and Maroons cross paths to open their campaign for a Final Four return bid.
Adamson finished third last year while UP ended up at fourth after bowing to NU and Ateneo, respectively, in the semifinals.
Graduating players Michael Sudaria and Karlle Ramirez will lead the Falcons’s charge against Alfred Valbuena and Wendel Miguel-led Maroons.
Meanwhile, Green Spikers are parading an intact lineup led by power-hitter Raymark Woo and graduating playmaker Geuel Asia while the Tamaraws will have Greg Dolor playing in his swan song.
