Five-of-five graduating Baby Tams moving up to FEU Seniors

BE BRAVE. No Baby Tamaraw will be moving away from the green pastures of FEU - for this year, at least.
Far Eastern University has long been highly-regarded in being able to get the most out of the talent it has.
The Tamaraws are all set for a new challenge with five underrated prospects from its high school program coming over.
Burly one-time Mythical selection Kenji Roman, small but terrible Jun Gabane, untiring Jack Gloria, steady Eric Jabel, and streaky JJ Sapinit have all committed to staying in FEU.
“Dito pa rin po kami sa FEU kasi dito naman kami nagsimula,” Gloria told ABS-CBN Sports.
Roman, team captain of the UAAP champion Baby Tamaraws, was quick to clarify, however, that they all have a long ways to go before making Team A in the Seniors. “Training po muna talaga kami sa Team B,” he expressed.
Still, the Morayta-based squad will be adding to its collection even more hidden gems just waiting to be shined.
Roman will need to slim down and move to the wing, but he already has all of the moves inside the paint. He averaged 9.7 points and 9.5 rebounds in his last year in the Juniors.
Gloria will need to work on both his ballhandling and shooting, but his relentless effort is already often likened to that of Calvin Abueva. His per game counts in the most recent season were 8.5 points and 7.5 rebounds.
Gabane, Jabel, and Sapinit will all need to work on their size, but they have already proven themselves to be above average end-to-end players in the Juniors.
Sapinit contributed 7.2 points per game, Gabane added 6.6 markers per game, and Jabel chipped in five caroms per game in FEU-Diliman’s championship run.
