Mathew Manalang, Terrence Fortee and Miguel Oczon scored 11 each while Cyril Gonzales and Winderich Coyoca finished with 10 apiece for NU.

The Bullpups poured 49 points in the middle quarters to break open a slim four-point deficit at the end of the first period before shackling the Junior Archers to only seven points in the last 10 minutes of the match to cruise to an easy win.

Meanwhile, Cansino filled up the stat sheet with 26 points, 21 rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals as UST improved to a 2-0 win-loss record.

Kobe Palencia added 17 while John Lina was a point short of a double-double with nine markers and 16 boards for the Espana-based squad, which climbed out of a 13-22 hole in the first period with a strong second half performance.

Adamson and DLSZ dropped to 0-2 slate.
