UAAP Finals: Ateneo out to take throne from archrival DLSU
Will it be end for Ateneo or extend for DLSU in Game 2 of the UAAP Finals?

Game on Wednesday at the Araneta Coliseum

4:00 PM – Ateneo vs DLSU

Ateneo de Manila University just needs one more win for its first title in five years.

However, that win will have to come against archrival De La Salle University – which also just happens to be the defending champion in the UAAP 80 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

Still, the Blue Eagles will go all-out on Wednesday at the Araneta Coliseum for a sweep of the best-of-three UAAP Finals even as the Green Archers will go all-out to live to fight another day.

Game 2 of the rivalry Finals tips off at 4:00 PM and all of the action will be on S+A, S+A HD, and via livestream.

Ateneo imposed its will last Saturday to seize Game 1, 76-70, as well as a 1-0 series lead. Thirdy Ravena and his teammates want nothing more than a repeat.

Wanting nothing more than a reversal, though, are Ben Mbala and company who are determined to force a winner-take-all Game 3. This is even truer as for the first time in three years, DLSU finds itself in a must-win situation.

Right before tip-off, MVP Mbala, Mythical selection Ravena, and other awardees will be given their trophies and prizes.

Meanwhile, the Women’s own best-of-three Finals finally commences with three-time champion National University taking on University of the East at 11:00 AM.
