UAAP Finals: DLSU, Ateneo wage all-out war for championship
Will it be a repeat for DLSU or a reclamation for Ateneo?

Game on Sunday at the Araneta Coliseum

4:00 PM – Ateneo vs DLSU

Ateneo de Manila University and De La Salle University split their meetings in the elimination round of the UAAP 80 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

And in the Finals, the teams also traded wins with Ateneo seizing Game 1 and DLSU scoring Game 2.

Now, it all comes down to the winner-take-all Game 3 with the Blue Eagles and the Green Archers set to leave their all on the Araneta Coliseum floor on Sunday.

This rivalry game tipping off at 4:00 PM will be for all the marbles and all of it will be on S+A, S+A HD, and via livestream.

The defending champions rallied back from 21 points behind to take Game 2 and take the best-of-three series the distance. Ben Mbala, Ricci Rivero, and the rest of DLSU look to ride on that momentum all the way to a second straight title.

Still, Ateneo has all the confidence coming from their couple of convincing victories versus their archrivals in the season. Thirdy Ravena, Matt Nieto, and company look to draw from that confidence to claim their school’s first title in five years.

Meanwhile, the National University Lady Bulldogs also try for a title, their fourth in a row, at the expense of the University of the East Lady Warriors at 11:30 AM.
