Now in the stretch run in the 80th Season of the UAAP Juniors Basketball Tournament, Ateneo de Manila High School and Nazareth School of National University are both closing in on a top two finish in the elimination round.

The remaining two playoff berths after them, however, remain very much up for grabs.

The three teams knotted for the third and fourth spots in the standings seek to take a step forward in their respective matchups on Saturday at the Filoil Flying V Centre.

At 11:00 AM, defending champion Far Eastern University-Diliman and upstart Adamson High School, both 5-5, go at it to determine who stays well within the playoff picture.

University of Sto. Tomas, also at 5-5, eye to join the winner between them later at 3:00 PM as it tries to fend off University of the East.

Meanwhile, the Blue Eaglets have their sights set on a still pristine 11-0 record when they face off against archrival De La Salle Zobel at 9:00 AM.

Then at 1:00 PM, the Bullpups go for a ninth win in 11 games at the expense of upset-conscious University of the Philippines Integrated School.
