UAAP VOLLEYBALL: DLSU targets solo lead, UP wants payback
Two-time defending champion De La Salle University and University of the Philippines clash to boost their Final Four hopes.

Two-time defending champion De La Salle University is out to regain the solo lead when the Lady Spikers battle University of the Philippines Wednesday in the 80th UAAP women’s volleyball tournament at the FilOil Flying V Center in San Juan.

Game time is at 2:00 p.m. and will air live on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23, ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166, LIGA on SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD on SkyCable Channel 183 and via livestream.

The Lady Spikers sport a 6-2 win-loss record in a share of the lead with National University, which they defeated in straight sets, 27-25, 27-25, 25-16, last Saturday.

DLSU swept the Lady Maroons in the first round.   

UP exacted revenge on first round tormentor Adamson University, 25-18, 14-25, 25-19, 21-25, 16-14, last Saturday and tied their victim at fifth to sixth spots with 3-5 cards.
