The Adamson Soaring Falcons annexed their 11th UAAP baseball title after thumping the DLSU Green Batters, 13-6, in Game 2 of the UAAP Season 80 Baseball finals at the Rizal Memorial Baseball Stadium Friday afternoon.
Adamson scored 13 straight runs after La Salle took a 5-0 lead at the conclusion of the top of the third inning.
It was all Adamson after that point, replicating their Game 1 offensive barrage against the top-seeded Green Batters.
Graduating pitcher Jerome Yenson's hands were all over Adamson's offense, going 3-5 at bat, leading to two runs in the bottom of the third, sparking Adamson's huge run.

Castillo made the game-tying run the bottom of the fourth inning, before Yenson made the sacrifice fly that sent Erwin Bosito and Gerald Riparip home to take the lead, 7-5.
Adamson then proceeded to score six more runs for their first baseball title since 2010.
