Expect fireworks when Ateneo de Manila University and Far Eastern University clash in their elimination round rematch.

Three-time defending champion Ateneo de Manila University gets a chance to avenge its lone loss so far in the 80th UAAP men’s volleyball tournament and clinch a Final Four spot when the Blue Eagles take on first round tormentor Far Eastern University Saturday at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Game time is at 10:00 a.m. and will air on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23, ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166, LIGA on SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD on SkyCable Channel 183 and via livestream.

The Blue Eagles opened their campaign with a straight sets 18-25, 19-25, 22-25, loss to the Tamaraws before making an eight-game romp for a share of the lead with archrival National University.

A win will secure Ateneo its fourth straight semifinals appearance. The Blue Eagles advanced into the Finals outright last year as they completed a rare season sweep.

Four-time Most Valuable Player Marck Espejo, who is averaging 21.6 points per game, led the Katipunan-based squad past Adamson University, 25-19, 26-24, 25-22, Wednesday.

FEU is coming off a tough 25-19, 13-25, 26-24, 20-25, 16-18, loss to the Bulldogs Wednesday to fall at solo third spot with a 6-2 slate.

Meanwhile, University of the Philippines (3-5) and Adamson (3-6) fights for dear life in the Final Four race at 8:00 a.m.
