UAAP VOLLEYBALL: NU zeroes in on first Final Four seat
National University looks to book a semifinals ticket.

National University narrows its crosshair on punching the first Final Four berth in a clash with De La Salle University in the 80th UAAP men’s volleyball tournament at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan Sunday.

The Bulldogs are on a seven game winning run and are sporting an 8-1 win-loss record.

A win in their 8:00 a.m. duel that will air live on LIGA on SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD on SkyCable Channel 183 and via livestream will give NU its sixth straight semifinals appearance.

The Bulldogs are fresh from a straight-set, 25-21, 25-16, 25-22 win over University of Sto. Tomas last Wednesday.

The Green Spikers hold a 3-5 slate and are coming off a four-set loss to three-time defending champion Ateneo de Manila University a week ago.  

Meanwhile, UST (3-6) and winless University of the East lock horns at 10:00 a.m.
