Far Eastern University's quest for a Final Four berth continues.

Fresh from a morale-boosting conquest, Far Eastern University shoots to secure at least a playoff for a Final Four berth Wednesday against University of the Philippines in the 80th UAAP men’s volleyball tournament at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Tamaraws completed an elimination round sweep of three-time defending champion Ateneo de Manila University, 25-27, 25-23, 25-20, 21-25, 16-14, last Saturday.

Sporting a 7-2 win-loss record at solo third spot, another win at its 8:00 a.m. assignment will push FEU closer to a return stint in the semifinals.

The match will air live on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23, ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166, LIGA on SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD on SkyCable Channel 183 and via livestream.

The Fighting Maroons, on the other hand, are trying to keep their Final Four hopes alive. UP is coming off a straight sets, 27-29, 26-28, 10-25, loss to Adamson University.

The Diliman-based squad, which bowed down to FEU in the first round, is tied with De La Salle University with 3-6 slate.

Facing off at 10:00 a.m. are the Green Spikers and winless University of the East (0-9).
