Nazareth School of National University is not yet done further stocking up on its already loaded arsenal.
Just a week after getting the commitment of Bacolod’s Harold Alarcon, the Bullpups are welcoming another Visayan star in Steve Nash Enriquez from University of Visayas.
Enriquez, all 5-foot-7 of him, wowed just about everybody in the Elite 60 Development Camp in early May.
There, he showcased the skills of a playmaking point guard.
As such, he was recognized as the training program’s Best Camper and was named to the Batang Gilas pool, alongside Alarcon and Filipino-Australian Royce Mantua.
Now, Enriquez and Alarcon will also be teammates for an NU side that is heading into the UAAP Juniors season as the heavy favorites to reclaim the crown it last wore in 2016.
They will be beefing up a roster that already includes now longest-tenured player Terrence Fortea and incoming studs Gerry Abadiano and Carl Tamayo
