NU to represent Philippines in international mixed 3x3

National University is yet again all set to wear the flag in international competition.
Two Lady Bulldogs and two Bullpups will be carrying the flag in the Under-18 Mixed 3x3 tournament of the 2018 International Basketball Federation (IBF) Youth Leadership Cup.
NU Women’s talents Noemie Ayenga and Kent Jane Pastrana will team up with NU Juniors studs Dom Dayrit and Kevin Quiambao in the tournament running from Friday to Sunday.
The four players are part of the delegation led by IBF Philippine Youth Leader Amanda Alejandro and team manager Herson Sy.
The IBF Youth Leadership is a program using basketball as a tool to, as per FIBA, as a tool to help to improve communities with engagement, participation, and inclusivity.
The U18 Mixed 3x3 tournament will be the culmination of the program.
The Lady Bulldogs and Bullpups mixed team will be competing against representatives from Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Guam, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Northern Mariana Islands, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam.
