UAAP 81 By the Numbers: The Future is Now for UST
It took UST two games to match its win total from last season, much to the delight of Growling Tiger fans. Renzo Subido and Marvin Lee put the point in point guard, leading UST in scoring with 18 and 13 points respectively.

UAAP Season 81 is barely a week old and the men's basketball tournament has been crazy.

Crazy.

If this level of craziness holds then we're in for a wild season.

Gomez de Liano scored his career-high against the champs and while UP ended up taking the L, the potential remains high for young Juan and his Fighting Maroons.

Total wins for the UST Growling Tigers in Season 81 after beating Far Eastern University.

The Aldin Ayo era in Espana is officially underway.

It doesn't matter which Racela is coaching the Tamaraws, FEU still can't beat a team in the UAAP with Aldin Ayo on the other side.

The Tams are 0-5 against Ayo in the UAAP.

Total points for FEU's Prince Orizu against UST.

Orizu had himself a bounce back game against the Tigers, posting 25 points and 15 rebounds albeit in a losing effort. He scored zero points vs. La Salle on opening weekend.
