FEU head coach Olsen Racela has given us back-to-back celebration GIFs
After Far Eastern University gave Adamson University its first taste of defeat last Sunday, head coach Olsen Racela celebrated like he was the Olsen Racela who was still playing for dynastic San Miguel Beer in the PBA.

Three days later, after the Tamaraws stopped erstwhile streaking Ateneo de Manila University dead in its tracks, coach Olsen again celebrated like he was still a Beerman who won nine championships in the PBA.
For the Philippine basketball legend, both of those weren’t necessarily for him. “Kailangan e. We need that for the players, to motivate the players,” he answered to reporters after he was asked about his post-game celebrations.
Coach Olsen, however, said that we shouldn’t have been surprised that he did that. As he put it, “Ganoon naman ako e. Even as a player, ganoon na ako. What you see now is my personality.”
Indeed, that is nothing but the truth.

While he would want FEU players to also express their emotions, at the right moments, that is, coach Olsen also said that what he would want better is for them to be fired up by him. “That’s my personality, I hope na ganoon din sila, pero iba-ibang personality yan e. Sana, ma-motivate na lang sila,” he said.
