Airess Padda will no longer be the Adamson University Lady Falcons' head coach after a 0-3 start to UAAP Season 81, according to akarisports.com.ph.

The American mentor held her post for the past two seasons, and will be replaced by Rogelio "Onyok" Getigan starting March 1, 2019.

Getigan, a multi-titled Palarong Pambansa  mentor was already part of the Lady Falcons' staff as an assistant coach since season 79.

Coach Air will still be a part of the Lady Falcons as the squad's conditioning coach.

Padda was at the helm during the Lady Falcons' woeful 1-13 finish in her first year, before falling just short of a Final Four appearance in season 80 with a 6-8 record.

The now-Getigan-led Lady Falcons will see action this Sunday, March 3 against National University, 4 p.m. at The Big Dome.
