University of Sto. Tomas hitter Milena Alessandrini sustained a left partial anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear according to an initial diagnosis Saturday night.
Head coach Kungfu Reyes updated reporters of the sophomore Fil-Italian’s condition after Alessandrini went down with a knee injury in the second set of the Tigresses’ 25-19, 20-25, 19-25, 25-27, loss to Far Eastern University in the UAAP Season 81 women’s volleyball tournament at the Big Dome.
