Even George Pascua was very much satisfied with how his graduating player stepped up, but hoped the level of play can be maintained.
FEU Lady Tamaraw veteran Heather Guino-o downplayed her season-high 20 points, explaining that she is focused on the bigger picture.
Whether in a leadership or a scoring role, Guino-o is ready to roll for coach George Pascua's squad.
Her steady play helped the Lady Tams secure their fourth win of the season, a hard-earned 25-18, 17-25, 25-14, 22-25, 15-8 decision against the Adamson Lady Falcons.
Guino-o however rued how her team caved into the pressure of the loud crowd inside the FilOil Flying V Centre, as they could have wrapped up the game much earlier.
Even Pascua was very much satisfied with how his graduating player stepped up, but hoped her level of play can be maintained.
"Nakakatuwa na the more maganda laban the more nag cocontribute siya, nandun na tulong ng vets," Pascua said.
