Playoff berths on the line in final day of elimination round
Three teams battle for their playoff lives in the final elimination round match day of the UAAP Season 81 Men's Football Tournament

Final Four spots hang in the balance as three more teams try to enter the postseason in the final match day of the elimination round UAAP Season 81 Men's Football Tournament, Thursday at the FEU Diliman Football Field in Quezon City.

In the first match of the day, defending champions University of the Philippines will look to secure a possible two-seed when they take on University of the East.

Currently sitting at the third seed with 23 points, the Fighting Maroons can potentially overtake second-seeded Far Eastern University with a win over the Red Warriors.

UE meanwhile will look to end their season on a high note with a win against the defending champions.

UP and UE battle at 9:00 am. Catch it live on https://sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/uaap2 and the iWant app.

In the first televised match of the day, De La Salle University looks to remain in the Final Four picture when they face top-seed seeking FEU.

At 22 points, DLSU is clinging to the final spot in the top four, and a win could potentially send them up as high as the two-seed.

FEU on the other hand, currently occupies the second seed with 24 points, two behind top-seeded Ateneo. A win for the Tamaraws will push them over the Blue Eagles for the number one spot.

FEU and UP meet at 1:30 PM. Catch it live on ABS-CBN S+A channel 23, S+A HD channel 166, Liga channel 86, Liga HD channel 183, live streaming on https://sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/uaap2 and the iWant app.

In the final match of the day, University of Santo Tomas hopes to keep their Final Four hopes alive when they take on National University.

Currently on the outside of the playoff picture at fifth place with 20 points, last season's runners-up UST is hoping for a last-ditch effort to make it back into the semifinals. It will take no less than a win and a DLSU loss for the Growling Tigers to make it back.

NU meanwhile, will also try to end their season on a high note with a win over the Growling Tigers.

UST and NU kick off at 3:30 PM. Catch it live on ABS-CBN S+A channel 23, S+A HD channel 166, Liga channel 86, and Liga HD channel 183, livestreaming on https://sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/uaap2 and the iWant app.
