NU has just produced three more players who will get to showcase their skills in college
Nazareth School of National University continues to be a producer of capable collegiate basketball players.
The Bullpups - fresh off championships in the UAAP Juniors, NBTC, and Palarong Pambansa - have just produced three players who are being eyed to lend a hand to different Seniors squads.
Cyril Gonzales, their starter at guard, is staying in Sampaloc and is now seeing time for the Bulldogs in the 2019 Filoil Flying V Preseason Tournament.
Gonzales is a fearless slasher standing at 6-feet. He posted per game counts of 8.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.6 steals in 21 minutes of play in their championship run in the UAAP Jrs. last year.
Meanwhile, two big men who once helped NU slow down Kai Sotto will now help two NCAA teams.
Pao Javillonar, a 6-foot-6 enforcer, will now patrol the paint for College of St. Benilde while 6-foot-4 raw prospect Dom Dayrit will now help the rebuild in Emilio Aguinaldo College.
Javillonar normed 3.2 points and 3.8 rebounds in 9.8 minutes of play and Dayrit averaged 3.1 markers and 3.8 boards also in 9.8 minutes of play.
The three players continue NU's recent history of sending up capable collegiate basketball players to different teams both in the UAAP and the NCAA.
