First impressions last for Far Eastern University.
The Lady Tamaraws kicked off the UAAP Season 82 women's volleyball tournament strong Tuesday, cruising past UE for a three-set win at the MOA Arena.
FEU wasted little time imposing its will, taking the opening set, 25-9.
The Lady Warriors settled down for the rest of the game but the Lady Tams would not be stopped on their way to picking up their first win of the year.
With the three-set win that took only a little over an hour to finish, it appears that FEU's pre-season preparations have been working.
The early win is a good sign for the Lady Tamaraws as they look to make noise beyond the elimination round.
