CJ Cansino is making use of all the free time he has on his hands to expand his horizons.
In particular, University of Sto. Tomas' tantalizing talent has decided to try his hand at vlogging.
There, he hopes to share his passions in life - those being, mostly, shoes.
Over the weekend, Cansino's first-ever vlog went online and had him answering questions about anything and everything.
In that debut episode, he shared how he started playing basketball, how he's pretty good at billiards, and how he's very much in love with Jordan 1s, among others.
And after that episode, the 20-year-old's YouTube channel, only created a week ago, now has more than 1600 subscribers. "It feels good kasi 'di ko rin in-expect na magugustuhan ng mga tao kahit medyo maikli lang yung video," he said.
Many were nothing but thrilled to get to know Cansino much more.
At the same time, however, you could never please everybody.
Asked about the comment he found funniest, he answered, "May nagsabing mag-artista na lang ako kesa mag-basketball."
In response, the 6-foot-2 guard said that will never ever happen. "Basketball pa rin, kahit anong mangyari," he said.
With the enhanced community quarantine, it is yet to be determined just when Cansino will get together with his great love of basketball once more.
And so, for now, he will just keep at this brand new love. As he put it, "See you guys next week!"
