Mika Reyes of F2 Logistics scores a point on a quick kill.
F2 Logistics picked up from where it left off the last time out as the Cargo Movers made quick work of Amy’s Kitchen-Perpetual, 25-13, 25-14, 25-23, Thursday to capture an early lead with two consecutive victories in the 2016 Philippine Superliga (PSL) All-Filipino Conference at The Arena in San Juan.
Kim Dy, Ara Galang and Mika Reyes were all impressive as the Cargo Movers dominated on both ends for a 2-0 win-loss record.
Dy, the Most Valuable Player for La Salle in the recent UAAP finals, delivered 10 of her 14 points on kills while Galang and Reyes chipped in 10 markers apiece for F2 Logistics, who tallied another resounding win after an impressive debut against Cignal last week.
“Except in the third set, everything went well for us,” said F2 Logistics coach Ramil de Jesus. “We were bugged with turnovers. Then, Amy’s started to enjoy the game and played without pressure.”
Cindy Imbo and Maribeth Lara registered six points apiece for Amy’s Kitchen.
