Abigail Marano of F2 Logistics smashed an attack over the defense of Standard Insurance-Navy.
Women’s Club World Championship-bound Kim Fajardo showcased her playmaking skills in leading the fluid offensive flow of F2 Logistics in the Cargo Movers’ emphatic, 26-24, 25-16, 25-14, win over Standard Insurance-Navy Sunday for a share of the lead in the 2016 Philippine Superliga (PSL) All-Filipino Conference at The Arena in San Juan.
Fajardo, who received the third golden ticket to join Jovelyn Gonzaga and Rachel Anne Daquis, dished out 29 excellent sets in the Cargo Movers’ 46 attacks that pulverized the defense of the Corvettes on their way to tying RC Cola-Army Lady Troopers on top of the helm with a 5-0 win-loss record.
Veteran Abigail Marano scored 12 points off eight kills and four kill blocks to lead F2.
Ara Galang had 10 markers while UAAP Season 78 Finals Most Valuable Player Kim Dy scored all her nine points from attacks.
The Corvettes showed little resistance as Navy absorbed its third loss in five outings.
Pau Soriano is the lone Navy player to finish in double digits with 10 points while Lilet Mabbayad had seven.
