As a prelude to a new mega tournament, the Beach Volleyball Republic National Championship is coming a couple of months early in 2018.
BVR is headed to Pangasinan for this year's national championship, the third of its kind for the the beach volleyball institution.
The line-ups are yet to be finalized but the 2018 BVR National Championship will feature a total of 32 teams, 16 each for the men's and women's division.
The two-day joust will be on April 6-7 at Tondalingan Blue Beach in Dagupan. As a special treat to complete the weekend on April 8, the BVR will also host a Sandroots program.
Alyssa Valdez will be one of the coaches who will facilitate the whole thing.
The 2018 National Champions will then advance to the FIVB World Tour hosted by BVR in Manila next month.
