Cargo Movers remain unscathed
F2 Logistics swept past Cignal for its fifth win in as many games.

CADIZ CITY -- F2 Logistics kept its fiery streak going as the Cargo Movers torched Cignal, 25-22, 25-19, 25-14, on Tuesdat to remain on top of the standings in the 2019 Philippine Superliga All-Filipino Conference at the jam-packed Cadiz City Arena here.

Ara Galang and Kalei Mau fired 12 and 10 points, respectively, to lead F2 Logistics to its fifth win in as many games for the solo lead. Aby Marano and Majoy Baron combined for 15 markers while Des Cheng scored six for the Cargo Movers.

The HD Spikers, who started their campaign on a roll in their first two outings, lost steam as they fell to back-to-back losses.

Rachel Anne Daquis was the only Cargo Mover in double figures with 12 points.

Meanwhile, sizzling Generika-Ayala crushed Sta. Lucia, 25-12, 25-23, 28-26, to claim its third straight win for a 3-1 slate tied with Petron at second spot.

Fiola Ceballos finished with 10 points on 10 kills while team captain Angeli Araneta and Patty Orendain chipped in nine and eight points, respectively, for a well-balanced Generika-Ayala attack.

Libero Kath Arado was also instrumental with 18 excellent digs and five excellent receptions while Jamie Isabelle Lavitoria set the pace with 15 excellent sets.

MJ Phillips was the lone bright spot with 14 points for struggling Sta. Lucia, which suffered its fourth straight loss in five matches.
